This is a newly formed role, working for this large financial services business you will lead a team of Data & reporting specialists working across marketing, sales, & commercial business units providing data and driving the adoption of data usage.
You will be a key hire to drive a data culture and the work you and your team do will be at the centre of decision-making and shape the business moving forward.
- You will likely be a Senior Manager with experience of managing teams of 3 or more
- You will be a great communicator and have experience working with C level stakeholders

Tools & Capabilities
- Experience of using data visualisation tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview
- GA or Adobe, R, Python, SAS,
- Experience of advanced data analytics and insight techniques e.g. predictive, segmentation
