Head of CRM | Online Marketplace | £70,000 – £90,000

An awesome online business are looking for their first senior CRM hire to join their team of 60 in Central London. Reporting directly into the COO and being part of the SMT, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a team to map out, support and optimise customer journeys which will enable growth.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to faced paced, start-up environments
• Work closely with the Data Strategy/ Planning team to incorporate personalisation into lifecycle campaigns
• Translate the new customer plans into execution schedules by collaborating with Marketing, Data, Brand and Ops teams
• Manage and optimised multiple customer journeys at scale
• Work with large, complex data sets (customers), translating insights into clear and prioritised decision making
• Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
• Implement new channels for CRM ideas

Requirements

• Educated to degree level in relevant subject
• Intelligent, curious & analytical
• Previous experience in setting up/ developing CRM & Retention teams/ projects
• Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
• Preferably coming from a start-up/ marketplace background
