Junior Analyst – South London

£28,000 – £35,000

Reporting into the Analytics Manager you will work closely with the CRM team with the delivery of the CRM strategy, primarily supporting the markets; through the provision of customer insight and reporting. You will mainly be tasked with performing analysis using the customer database as well as external data sources to help target marketing efforts and overall marketing activities.

This award-winning retailer is performing extremely well and they are looking for an awesome Insight/ CRM Analyst to drive customer insight throughout the business.

CRM Insight Analyst Responsibilities

• Work closely with the IT team to identify resolve any issues with the customer data highlighted through campaign set up and analysis
• Work with the Analytics Manager and broader function to define key customer segments
• Manage the data held within the database, ensuring consistency and accessibility
• Deliver of all data driven customer analytics, reporting and campaign managements
• Analysis of customer trends and transactional data to provide recommendations to the marketing team

CRM Analytics Experience

• Educated to decree level in relevant numerate subject
• Experience using SQL
• Proven experience and passion around customer insight and CRM analytics
• Experience working with large structured/ unstructured data sets
• Previous experience working closely with marketing teams
• Strong communicator
