I am currently looking for a super organized Project Manager to join an incredible Central London agency.

You’ll be working on a brand new app which they’ve recently launched for one of the world’s biggest brands across multiple European markets. The role will lead this strand of business and will manage all content that for the app. It’s fast paced and high volume, so you’ll need to have your wits about you, and be someone who thrives under pressure.

What the day to day looks like…

  • Account management of client and European content management teams and publishers
  • Oversee overall Loyalty apps and platform operations from agency side and manages the team that is responsible for handling every aspect of programme and service development, ongoing day to day support and client consultations
  • Respond to and prepare ad-hoc reports for the client
  • Responsible for the management of operational activities for a Loyalty programme and applications
  • Update stakeholder / user training materials as well as leading training sessions involving necessary resource within Central team
  • Respond to local subs inquiries relating to Loyalty app content through JIRA
  • Manage operational projects for enhancement of publishing and workflow processes
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
  • Assist planning of the resource with PMO and contents team to plan key updates and product launches
  • Manage/contribute to JIRA and Confluence spaces effectively

Strings to your bow…

  • Experience in working across multiple European markets
  • Knowledge of Atlassian – Jira and confluence with ability to create and modify existing workflows
  • Previous experience of client relationship management, especially with large clients.
  • Digital Publishing skills
  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • Strong IT skills (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Google docs)
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Experience in managing a budget
  • Work well under pressure with strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver in tight time frames
  • Great team player, help out team mates whenever needed
  • Highly organised with a logical approach to challenges
  • Ability to operate with little supervision and resolve problems efficiently and with confidence
