A global tech platform with nearly 4 million users are looking for a Senior CRM & digital Marketing Manager to join their entrepreneurial dynamic team in the heart of London.
This is a unique business that is doing incredibly well and have ambitious plans for growth. You will be the first CRM hire in London and will look to grow a team to ensure customer contact strategies and journeys are implemented to their growing customer base.

This role will also be managing digital agencies, so a good understanding of SEO/ PPC will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• With the CMO you will be responsible for devising a comprehensive CRM strategy
• Develop and optimize a comprehensive multi-channel CRM strategy for transactional, triggered and marketing messages
• Driving more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
• Analyse the performance of CRM campaigns and actively work to improve performance
• Manage the digital marketing agency and support them with execution of the PPC and retargeting strategy that you will define and drive

Requirements

• Ideally educated to degree level
• Data driven CRM experience but also a passion for creative campaigns
• Experience with designing and understanding complex customer journeys
• Good understanding of broader digital marketing
• Previous experience of managing multiple projects and liaising with senior stakeholders
• Experience using multiple ESP/ CRM systems
