A global FinTech brand are looking for a Senior Salesforce Manager to join their expanding team. You will manage everything related to the Salesforce platform including the management of leads between marketing and sales, the sales pipeline, future forecasting and most importantly management of the valuable customer database.

Responsibilities

• You will be turned to for guidance not only with Salesforce but many of the other tools the company uses as well
• With senior stakeholders, understand the business inside out to make recommendations for improving customer journeys and optimising business process for all departments
• Manage the Salesforce platform – day to day maintenance, strategic and hands on approach
• Training broader teams on Salesforce capabilities and most efficient ways of working
• Looking at ways of enhancing current ways of working, and rolling new initiates across the business

Experience

• Natural problem solver with an analytical mindset
• Previous experience with administering Salesforce
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Strong communicator with experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
