Digital Account Director – c. £50K plus generous package – London

My client is an independent agency based in Central London. They are a performance agency, set up by founders with real agency pedigree. They have created a dynamic environment with talented people who are striving to continue the growth curve they are currently on. It’s an exciting time as the client list / product offering and team evolves and grows. They need an ambitious cross-channel expert, ideally with strong knowledge in Paid Search, who is looking to take the next step up from Senior Account Manager or someone who is an Account Director who has moved away from doing what they love. You will be leading a team under you and will be pivotal in the growth of that team.

The role:-

• Maintain and grow client relationships in terms of revenue and across client’s departments and stakeholders, horizontally and vertically
• Provide strategic direction to ensure campaigns that meet and exceed KPIs and expectations are delivered
• Ensure the integration of our activities into the wider marketing mix and other agency relationships clients may have
• Responsibility for all finance processes, including internal forecasting and reconciliations
• Supporting day to day operations to ensure continual high levels of communication with clients
• Overseeing and signing off campaign planning from brief stage onwards
• Play a crucial role in the preparation and delivery of pitch work for new opportunities
• Assisting marketing with raising the profile of the agency

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in relationship management in digital marketing, with at least 4 years’ experience
• Preferably a strong background in Paid Search, with solid Travel, Retail and Finance vertical experience
• Proven knowledge of digital, including search, display, creative, social and affiliates
• An awareness of the wider marketing mix
• Strong attention to detail
• A proven record with large, complex campaigns
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammar
• Proven record of developing colleagues
