Head of Marketing Acquisition – Farnborough – £70-80K

THE COMPANY

My client is an innovative, exciting and fast-growing tech company, that is offering cloud based solutions that help businesses process integrated email signatures globally. Although this is a B2B business, their route to market holds a B2C tone of voice. Their key product is rapidly expanding (45% growth in number of end users in the last few months alone), processing well over a billion emails a year!

As part of their aggressive group plans, they are looking to recruit a Head of Acquisition Marketing, not only will you be digitally savvy, but you’ll know how to get the numbers of customers up fast! With this in mind, my client is keen to see consumer lead marketers who understand quickly what good looks like and has the eye for measurement. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a senior member of the management team.

THE ROLE

As Head of Acquisition Marketing you’ll have the opportunity to shape, grow and advance the Marketing function in a business that is committed to a high growth strategy with exciting products and a potentially huge market opportunity.

You’ll manage a team to create and execute winning marketing programmes that drive brand awareness and demand/lead generation activities globally. As their business migrates away from the original on-site products and into the software market you will be responsible for exploiting the numerous new opportunities that will ensure that they capitalise on these opportunities. This will include cross-sell and up-sell to the existing customer base as well as addressing a huge new audience from a new business and lead generation perspective.

The primary focus of the role will be to lead the advance to improve their presence and our brand across all types of marketing platforms. Your role will include all lead generation, digital activity as well as managing marketing automation programs. You will also take ownership of the existing events program and all other offline activities.

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

• At least 5-7 years’ experience of running marketing acquisition focused campaigns, ideally within a fast-paced consumer environment
• Digitally savvy, with a strong understanding of CRM, Content, SEO, PPC
• A background in developing and delivering successful ROI through marketing programmes within the consumer space
• Analytical, data driven marketing expertise that bases decisions on insights and facts
• Team management
• Developing creative content and driving it to market across marketing channels via integrated campaigns
• Building effective demand generation campaigns through all digital channels involving Marketing Automation tools
• A demonstrable, successful track record of taking to market compelling technology products and value propositions.
