The Company

My client is one of the most loved and recognized brands, one that we all grew up with. They operate in the leisure industry, in a very competitive space. It’s a wonderful opportunity to join a new formed team and be a key driver in the new Paid Media department. They look after their employees from a professional as well as financial perspective.

Reporting into the Head of Paid Search, they are looking for a dynamic paid search expert to come in and manage significant budgets across various campaigns. My client is investing in the technology, processes and people to realise a truly ambitious future vision in digital marketing, and this role forms part of that change.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Drive online revenue growth, through the acquisition of profitable customers from PPC, based on a minimum ROI threshold
• Create and manage best-in-class PPC campaigns
• Monitor PPC performance, identify areas for improvement, and report back to the Head of PPC
• Monitor ROI on an ongoing basis and fix where ROI threshold is not met
• Identify new opportunities for innovation within the UK market

Key competencies and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree preferred
• Professional experience in PPC is required
• Hands-on knowledge of PPC systems, such as Adwords, Doubleclick for Search, Google Analytics is required
