Salary (pro-rata): £34k

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Website Merchandiser to join a well known fashion business’s Website Trading Team. This role will support the day-to-day and weekly merchandising activities on their website. The role will also include working with buying, planning, creative, editorial and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all pages across the website are beautifully and strategically merchandised to support the buy and wider business goals
• Conduct daily audits of the site to check depth/ high exposure product is being surfaced and attractively presented whilst making sure everything is correctly classified and merchandised
• Maximize sales potential of product recommendations and cross-selling through weekly reporting, checks and maintenance of upsell sections, working with Studio to ensure smooth processes and relevant, depth product
• Work with visual merchandising tools to ensure products are merchandised to maximize sales potential
• Weekly maintenance of designer landing page merchandising and A-Z designer list

• Weekly merchandising of static on-site custom lists

• Maintain basket cross-selling
• Weekly site monitoring and audits
• Other ad-hoc support dependent on business needs

Essential Skills:

• Previous online visual merchandising experience in a luxury retail environment with in-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands, including previous and current collections
• High sense of commercial awareness with creative flair and affinity for luxury fashion product
• Understanding of the global luxury consumer
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to liaise at all levels
• Flexible, proactive and able to show initiative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
