Category Merchandiser/Analyst

Our client are an instantly recognised skincare cosmetics brand with both store and online offerings they are now looking for a Category Analyst to be responsible for delivering the insights of trading to the surrounding commercial teams. This is a key area of growth for the business and a brand new role created to support the Online Trading Team and a great opportunity for someone to put their own mark on a business.

Role:

• Responsible for delivering commercial insights to the teams including Marketing, Trading and UX/UI.
• Developing the decision making tools required that can be used globally to have consistent view of metrics and data.
• Work closely with Market Commerical teams to ensure analytics are consistently executed to enable better decision making
• Develop Global reporting focused and aligned to business objectives

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in an Assistant Merchandising role from either a traditional retail or pureplay background
• Degree level
• Stakeholder management experience
• Strong analytical skills

• New ideas to view data
• Solid communication
