Digital Content Manager

Greater London Contract / 6-12 months

My client, a leading global consumer brand, is on the hunt for a Content Account Director to work on-site and with their digital agency to drive content campaigns and take ownership of content for a key division of their website and eCommerce platform.

Duration: 12 months

Location: London

Start: ASAP

Day rate: £300 a day

Focus of the role…

    • A operation-oriented staff to keep the near-shore content production team deliver outputs as per the SLAs with the client
    • Need to manage a spreadsheet report that tracks asset status and delivery status to retailers.
    • Will have operation support within the nearshore team

What the day to day looks like…

  • Acquire and manage asset requirements and specifications per channel
  • Keep up-to-date target channel lists for content supply
  • Maintain asset plan / calendar
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing in the channels
  • Monitor BrandView scorecard to improve content compliance score by briefing relevant team
  • Monitor in-life products and make sure content quality are up to date with no broken UX, UI elements.
  • Remove out-of-date content liaising with KAM (Key Account Manager)
  • Manage content localisation to match local features and benefits (product specs)
  • Acquire and manage asset requirements as per briefs
  • Providing project plans
  • Provide best in class operations processes
  • Collaborate/coordinate with global team
  • Issues management (JIRA).

  • Time management, resource management, calendar management
  • Attention to detail with passion for best in class
  • Understands the dynamics in online retail channels and shopping content and experience
  • To have knowledge of conversion tactics in eCommerce channels
  • To have strong organisational skills.
