I am working with a well-established homeware brand looking for a CRO Coordinator to support them on a 12 month FTC, to help deliver the best in class customer experience.

The role:

Work with the lead to support the delivery of a pre-defined A/B testing roadmap, in order to drive the user experience onsite.

• Analyse and collect insights using analytical tools to help define areas for testing.
• Identify weak areas of the website which could benefit from testing to drive improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance with the technical teams.
• Assist with regression testing.

To be considered, candidates must possess:

• A strong knowledge of CMS and conversion rate optimisation tools (Salesforce and Optimizely).
• Previous experience of A/B and MVT Testing.
• Analytical mindset
• Understanding of website usability best practices.
• Management or Development.
• CMS knowledge, preferably Salesforce.
