Customer Journey Manager

Surrey Contract / 6-12 Months £200.00 - £396.00 per day

My client, a leading consumer brand, is on the hunt for a Customer Journey Manager to help define their strategy to grow online retailer sales for one of their flagship divisions. It will be long-term contract role and candidates must be able to commute to Surrey.

The role…

This will be an integral role to own the vision to grow this company’s online retailer sales and brand presence. Acting as a key player to outline online strategies to improve retail partner’s online performance using data-driven capabilities.

This this is an exciting time to join a dynamic, fast-paced and growing team driving digital innovation across their retailer partners.

This role will focus on driving incremental online sales and marketing spend efficiency.

The key deliverables…

  • Develop deep category expertise, building and maintaining understanding of typical user journeys, the market landscape and competitor brand propositions
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods to identify consumer pain points or conversion rate optimisation opportunities and improvement initiatives
  • Plan and facilitate the execution of collaborative digital optimisation workshops with retailer partners
  • Become a key digital contact for the Channel Marketing teams supporting the Senior Online Retail Manager’s lead
  • Clear articulation of account focus, roadmap goals and measures
  • Successful project management of digital initiatives across multiple retailer websites in collaboration with Online Retailer account leads and Channel Marketing teams
  • Develop and deliver online retail campaigns that drive both in Channel revenue and brand metrics
  • Review and understand analytical outputs from the data team to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Define and support the ongoing insight reporting cadence to stakeholders
  • May involve management of campaign budgets and relevant digital agency relationships

The key focus areas…

  • Identify and progress opportunities to deliver a best in class customer experience on retailer websites.
  • Support the development, innovation and execution of online retailer strategy across partners
  • Work directly with Retailer Partners to execute industry excellence across both onsite content and offsite campaign execution
  • Collaborate with the Channel and Brand Marketing teams to ensure we work effectively across departments to deliver on agreed critical metrics
