The Role

This role will own the full digital P&L and will cover:

• Lead and deliver and drive the DTC strategy.
• Own the digital media budget, driving both acquisition and retention channels.
• Own and manage the third party retailer and pureplay strategy and relationships.
• Drive digital innovation through testing roadmap.
• Manage, grow and mentor a best in class digital team.

You

This role requires someone driven, passionate and entrepreneurial. You’ll need:

• A proven track record driving growth in a DTC business (must be retail focus – pureplay would be ideal).
• Very solid experience with digital marketing (acquisition and retention) – this is an absolutely key element.
• Experience with third party retailers.
• Strong leadership skills.
• An innovative, customer driven mindset.
