The Role:

In a nutshell, you will cover:

• Omni-channel digital strategies and solutions
• Technology stack to support future growth
• International entry and scaling
• Maximising the UK market – commercials and customers
• All things data – customer insights, visibility, actions, understanding
• Managing and building out a team

You:

They are looking for someone who has worked in a smaller business, preferably a start-up or a DTC that has scaled significantly. You must:

• Have proven experience in driving double/triple digit revenue growth.
• Have at least 10 years’ experience within ecommerce – having ownership of ecom, performance marketing and technology for the last 2 years+.
• Significant experience in a leadership role, managing and growing teams, agencies and partners.
• Experience in launching and managing international regions.
• Deep knowledge of performance marketing (not just managing agencies) and data/analytics.
• An expertise with technology – knowing what platforms/tools etc are needed to scale and able to onboard/implement
