£55-60k + very strong incentive package which offers OTE in excess of £100k

My client is a high-growth UK brand with three separate business units underneath their umbrella and operates within the restrictive market. The business is growing exponentially and has recently acquired a few more brands and plan to add further to their portfolio. This will be their first digital permanent hire after using an agency up to now. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop the brand’s strategy and grow their online business exponentially, which in return will see you getting a percentage of the revenue generated.

The Role

Reporting into the two owners you will develop and implement the digital marketing strategy.

You can expect to:

* Develop the digital marketing funnel including performance tracking.

* Manage and develop brand campaigns.

* Oversee the management of external marketing agencies.

* Own all analysis and optimization of the channels across all markets.

* Budget management and forecasting.

* Oversee the affiliate programme for the business.

You

This role is for someone who has experience in a hands on role, who would like to help scale a smaller brand. You will need:

* A technical, hands on background in retail focused business (agency is OK if you have also worked in house).

* Expert knowledge in affiliate marketing.

* Restrictive market experience.

* Budgeting and forecasting experience.
