THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of digital; My client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to influence and create digital experiences across all channels to help shape and build our digital brand. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will ensure an Omni-channel, data driven approach is taken to all strategies and campaigns across all paid, earned and owned media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the wider marketing team and agencies to plan, manage, implement and optimize high impact digital marketing campaigns and strategies tied to business goals.
Manage the day-to-day optimisation of the digital activities including but not limited to paid search, display, email and paid social to create brand awareness, generate leads and orders
Perform in-depth analysis of digital channel conversion and ROI to make recommendations and implement strategies for improvement.
Proactively drive A/B and multi-variate testing, working with other internal teams such as business analysts, designers and product teams to increase the performance, conversion and engagement of all user journeys
Improve digital content, metrics, design and conversions across all key customer journeys
Provide detailed reporting, analysis, forecasts and be confident in presenting this back to the wider team. Analyse, review and report on all digital marketing activity and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and insights to drive future program enhancements.
Leverage and continue to learn the latest technologies across digital channels, with a proactive view to testing new opportunities. Monitor trends and innovations in digital marketing tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Bring new and creative ideas to the table.

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

  • At least five years of hands on digital marketing experience within a B2C multi-channel environment, with detailed knowledge and understanding of Website, Paid Social, Paid Search, Display and other digital channels.
  • Proven experience managing high impact and effective multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Social media channel experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Slideshare and YouTube. Working knowledge and experience of the blogging ecosystem.
  • Excellent analytical skills, data driven and a critical thinker – experience managing to ROI/CPA targets, in a high-volume environment.
  • Working knowledge of analytics software such as Google Analytics and bid management tools such as Marin or DoubleClick.
  • Driven by ambitious targets and excited by new challenges
  • Creative thinker with ability to problem solve and find new ways of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
  • A team-player, who is comfortable to take responsibility and work with a high level of autonomy. You enjoy working in a fast-paced team where your contribution is vital.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate experiments and performance reporting.
