Digital Project Coordinator (eCommerce)

My client is on the hunt for a Digital Project Coordinator for their growing eCommerce and digital team, with an immediate need for an interim who can hopefully extend long-term.

The Digital Project Coordinator is a digital professional, able to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, have an eye for detail and be prepared to join a team of digital professionals, delivering optimal customer experiences for their owned digital media.

You will have talent and enthusiasm to work on one of the largest transformational projects in the UK. You will be willing to take initiative, act decisively and work independently. Working with your supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating your own projects and performing duties that optimise all our owned digital media including .COM and Amazon store and all future owned assets.

This includes content management reporting on performance, delivering insight and supporting future optimisation of the customer journey. Includes working with internal and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
You will be expected to report out to your colleagues on a regular basis.

Reports to the E-Commerce Experience Manager.
Work Experience
 Experience in similar FMCG sector would be beneficial but not a prerequisite
 A logical thinker and problem solver
 Previous experience in digital, driving consumers to buy, shopper and audience engagement
 Demonstrable experience of organic search although not essential would be advantageous
 Evidence of working in a digital team responsible for managing a web site
 Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and A/B Testing
 Strong attention to detail
 Working knowledge of internet technologies including HTML and Google Analytics
 Up to date with the latest trends and best practice in digital

 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
 Proficiency in spoken and written English language
 Curious in nature and always looking to question, learn, and look for better ways to do things
