Digital Trading Manager – eCommerce – Fashion

My client is looking for a Senior eCommerce Trading Manager who can develop and lead the eCommerce strategy while simultaneously drive the trading of online channels to increase sales. You will be a trader at heart, great at stakeholder management and strategic eCommerce mind.

This is an interim contract (3 months to begin TBC) and paying up to 350-GBP a day via LTD or umbrella. Outside IR35. For the right candidate, the opportunity could also be to go permanent.

The Role

They have been investing in performance marketing, so traffic is starting to come to the site. Now they need a hardcore trader to improve conversion fast, considering customer acquisition, retention and site journey.

• Trade the channel hard to increase sales across the UK and internationally.
• Own and develop an ongoing strategy for long term growth across all areas.
• Work very close with performance marketing to drive conversion and repeat purchases.
• Own customer journey and merchandising across the site.
• Lead a CRO strategy and implement a test & learn plan.
• Manage the CRM function to drive customer life cycle.
• Build out the analytics capability and share insights.

You

This really is a hardcore trade role, they are looking for someone with a start-up mentality who has been on a growth journey with a brand and loves that kind of work.

• Pure trade background with a proven experience in scaling double digit revenues.
• Experience within a start-up or high growth retail brand.
• Proven experience in driving conversion, AOV, acquisition and retention rates.
• Experience building out a full data analytics capability and creating actionable insights.
• Experience working closely with performance marketing and have a deep understanding of those channels (not hands on)
