After the success of their site over the last year, they are looking to continue growth and build out a world class team who want to push them forward. They are looking for ambitious people who are excited about innovating in an industry that doesn’t have a lot of best practice. You can be based in either their London or Stratford office and their benefits include potential bonus and generous discounts.

The Role

The role will have ownership of daily trade, optimising the user journey, onsite search, merchandising and more:

• Manage and drive daily trading and reporting across the site.
• Own the end-to-end customer experience, continually testing and improving the site.
• Analysis of onsite user behaviour – purchase funnel, drop-off points.
• Manage website monitoring tools, providing insight and recommendations.
• Implement practices to optmise use of onsite search and selling tools.
• Manage third party trading relationships. EG Chrono 24, FarFetch.

You

This is the perfect role for someone who is hungry to take on an early stage site and drive growth and revenue.

• Minimum 4 years ecommerce experience.
• Strong experience in trading retail websites, with a proven track record in driving considerable growth.
• Experience managing third party sites and delivering growth.
• Advanced knowledge of all Google platforms and Excel.
• Experience of integrating new partners to optimise onsite results IE search or VM.
