eCommerce Account Director

My client is a leading agency based in London who has a number of global retail and FMCG accounts who are now looking for an eCommerce Account Director with a good eCommerce / trading background to grow a specific account direct to consumer store.

The role will be focused on supporting the retailer.com client to be responsible of delivering the overall service in best quality and find new business opportunities. It will focus on the delivery of strategic outputs working with the central strategy team and analytics team. You will also manage the operations team to deliver content campaigns. Provide timely reports and raise any issues.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Client management

• Creating clear brief for the team(s) with technical, data, process requirements

• Manage and become accountable of the brief through the agency until it is fully delivered

• Need to be innovative and be able to provide consulting for the client to act now, but also think for the future

• Develop and maintain the account supporting the business lead

• Reporting into the retailer.com business lead, it will work in a matrix team.

• The role will be the key Single Point of Contact for a full functioning marketing team

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and online commerce

• Understanding of Adobe Marketing platform

• Good understanding measurable, data-driven, performance marketing approach

• Consulting and high level presentation skills
