My client, a well-known FMCG brand is looking for an Ecommerce Activation Specialist to work within their new sustainable venture, this area of the business has a corporate start-up mindset and has a fantastic vision. They are looking for an Ecommerce Activation Manager in a newly formed role for the business to increase and grow their trade through their Ecommerce platforms. The most suitable candidate will have customer development and shopper marketing knowledge within an eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the current trading processes and identify areas of concern and possible opportunities/solutions.
• Set KPIs for your section and measure your performance against them.
• Be the subject expert, supporting teams to inject Ecommerce best practices.
• Monitor competitors’, identifying and proposing strategies to stay relevant.
• Build close partnerships with relevant external stakeholders.
• Review Digital Assets through site walks (imagery, landing pages, rating and reviews) to ensure they are optimised to the best ability to assist customers when purchasing.
• Work with agencies and retailers to drive traffic to the platform through optimising CRM and SEO tools.
• Review results of planned projects and report back to management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Omni environment
• Analytical individual with a commercial mindset.
• Strong eCommerce and digital asset experience.
• Knowledge of digital drivers (CRM and SEO).
• Has worked in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator.
