Ecommerce & Digital Manager

Are you an ecommerce and/or digital marketing specialist with experience working in a small business or start-up environment? Then have I got the role for you! My client, a small but scaling consumer-tech start up, seek an Ecommerce & Digital Manager to join their tight-knit London team.

Operating on Shopify, this role will own day-to-day website operations, ensuring that site is merchandised accordingly, consumer behaviour is monitored, analysed, and acted on, but overall – you will ensure that the online experience is seamless. You will also be responsible for managing the brands relationship and presence on Amazon, so experience doing this previously will be highly regarded.

As for digital marketing, you will be responsible for the overall digital strategy of the brand across all channels, ensuring that growth is at the forefront of everything you do. You will own customer acquisition and social campaigns, have experience in SEO, and be able to easily analyse digital behaviour, and change course as required.
