This DTC beauty start-up has been running for just over 5 years and have already hit double digit growth, with a very small team. They are founder led, with a number of investors, and are looking to go through some very high growth globally. They’re a great business, lots of opportunity to scale them and build your own digital team. Very flexible founder, you will not have to return to a 5 day office working week.

The Role

Very simply, this role will own all of the digital channels and be responsible for scaling the DTC site on a global basis. You will

• Own the site end-end, improving the customer journey, conversion, AOV, sales etc.
• Own the platform (Shopify) and all other tools/systems needed, building a tech team in house.
• Own performance marketing – you will need to be very hands on with this initially while building the team (1 person in this team already and no agency use).
• Own CRM and other digital marketing such as social media.

You

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys scaling a business into double and triple digit growth. You need:

• Proven experience in taking a small ecommerce brand through double and triple digit growth.
• Experience in managing all elements of ecommerce and digital marketing.
• Hands on experience with performance marketing channels (not managing agencies, you need to be able to set up and run campaigns and train a team from scratch).
• Experience scaling into international markets.
• Strong management and leadership skills – having grown and mentored a team across all areas, but particularly performance marketing.
• Some experience in beauty would be ideal.
