Ecommerce Executive

My client, a leading sports nutrition company, is going through an exciting period of growth, and with that, are on the hunt for an Ecommerce Executive to join their global team in London. Supporting the Ecommerce Manager, this role will own Magento QA and testing, and will be ultimately responsible for the DTC performance of brands, across all markets. This role would suit an energetic and passionate technology enthusiast, who possesses prior experience within an ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Testing all new features & bug fixes on the ecommerce store for all brands
• Quality assurance testing across multiple user profiles, browsers & devices to ensure new development/features are free of bugs
• Supporting all in-market Magento merchandisers on system best practices, issues, CMS queries & training
• Managing feedback on Trello & Jira, relating to development tickets and scheduling
• Merchandising, Magento configuration, new module set up & Magento user management
• Working closely with the Ecommerce Analyst & CRO team on set up AB/MVT tests on the website, feeding back to market teams
• Proactively monitoring the Magento 2 platform for issues, 404s, high bounce pages, etc. & either implementing solutions or recommending fixes

Requirements

• Experience with Magento/Magento 2 preferred, but similar ecommerce/CMS platforms considered
• 2+ years working within an ecommerce environment
• Technical & UX understanding & experience
• Analytical & proactive problem solver
• Highly effective at managing multiple deadlines & prioritising tasks
• An interest in sports & fitness is preferred
