eCommerce Executive – Luxury Brand

Our client are a leading luxury website who have ambitious plans to grow and develop through their eCommerce platform – they are now looking for a strong eCommerce Manager to join their team and help achieve this growth.

• Responsible for the management of the brand’s online channel and also be tasked with improving brand awareness, increasing traffic and ultimately growing its online sales
• Work with developers and 3rd party agencies to build and develop new core functionality on the site and overseeing the delivery of all site updates and amendments to developers in a clear and concise manor
• Ensure continuous site maintenance and development consistently improving and keeping up to date
• Management of the day-to-day delivery of the promotional and marketing calendar for the online store
• Generation of site traffic through online marketing activity including Email, SEO and PPC
• Ensure products, promotions and content are timely, accurate and deliver on KPIs
• Report on ecommerce marketing activity from site analytics to email open and click-through rates

Requirements:

• Strong eCommerce background
• Experience in working within a range of digital channels covering SEO, PPC, web merchandising and site usability
• Luxury background
