revolutionizing their sector across the globe. My client offers a fresh and

contemporary approach to their industry and requires an Ecommerce Experience

Manager to help them achieve their innovative and forward thinking goals.

You will lead in creating the best in class online experience,

ensuring to optimise the customers journey.

The

Role:

· Oversee

the brands websites, identifying opportunities to optimise their performance.

· Oversee adhoc digital projects such a re-platforming of websites or portals.

· Work

cross functionally with the Digital Marketing team to optimise the customer experience

online via targeted SEO and performance marketing campaigns.

· Conduct analysis of the platforms using Google Analytics to identify areas of improvement.

· Manage third party web development agencies and challenge their way of working to get optimal results.

· Take the lead on the CRO Roadmap.

· Take

responsibility of the website development budget, ensuring to measure the ROI

for individual projects.

The

Person:

· Web

expert with Digital Marketing understanding

· Previous experience managing a team.

· Experience

in using A/B testing, Google Analytics, CMS platforms.

· Strong communicator
