eCommerce Manager

Greater London Contract £500.00 - £600.00 per day

My client, a leading FMCG brand, is on the hunt for an eCommerce Marketplace consultant to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, working with their global team in London.

The role of this eCommerce Marketplace Consultant will be to:

  • Act as a specialist in Marketplace, eRetail and q-commerce content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and business analytics
  • Provide briefing to Marketing and/or internal UX/UI resources and ensure channel solutions meet business requirements
  • Integrate Marketplaces into product and campaign launch requirements and processes
  • Support markets local initiatives by providing solid CX expertise on Marketplaces, eRetail and q-commerce, and by ensuring a consistent customer experience
  • Design and manage solutions from partner agencies that offer compliance and syndication services
  • Establish, track and provide feedback on key performance results, metrics, and expertise

Candidates must have:

  • Experience with eCommerce and Marketplaces, particularly desired is emerging marketplaces and Q-Commerce
  • Experience working with large-scale businesses
  • Customer Experience at their core
  • Good with PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal English

This role has been deemed inside IR35 and paying up £600 a day. There is a strong likelihood of extension at the end of the initial 6-month period.
