Ecommerce Manager | Sustainable Retail

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce company in DIY and gardening is looking for a talented and ambitious E-commerce Manager to help grow their .com business. In this role you will oversee the performance and trading on a daily basis, you will be responsible for one direct report and will work with agencies to improve traffic, conversion rate through the activation of marketing plans across social, PR, content and paid and organic.

The Role

This role will report into the Head of Marketing:

• Create and deliver a comprehensive eCommerce Strategy to drive the businesses KPIs.
• Work with digital agencies to drive customer traffic to the site (Social, PPC, SEO).
• Create a GTM strategy to ensure products are correctly merchandised on the website to increase sales and ultimately hit trading plans.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure stock availability is in line with the sales on .com.
• Work cross-functionally with buying team, product design team to assist with product launches.
• Drive the digital agenda with product and communications teams to deliver a consistent approach of brand values.
• Be responsible for the total eCommerce ecosystem, providing regular insights and coming up with recommendations and areas of opportunity.

You

• At least 3-4 years experience in an ecommerce role.
• Self motivated with excellent organisational skills.
• Knowledge of PPC, SEO and Website.
• Experience with online analytics tools (Google Analytics).
