I am exclusively working with a Hospitality brand that has been growing since 2008, they have grown a dynamic and talented team and have a lovely team culture, where they enjoy being in the office together but after 5 pm they ensure everyone switches off, with emails being banned after this time!

The role will see you report to the Head of Marketing and be solely responsible for the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce site, ensuring the customer is always at the forefront of all decisions you make. This role would suit a Senior eCommerce Executive looking to step up into a Manager position. Ideally, the candidate will have had experience on Shopify+, Recharge and Linnworks.

The Role:

• Be responsible for the creation and management of the eCommerce Strategy, ensuring KPIs are created and measured against.
• Conduct weekly analysis of the site’s trading performance and conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
• Work collaboratively with other business functions (Marketing/Supply Chain etc) to get the most from the eCommerce platform.
• Be responsible for the SEO strategy to help achieve higher levels of traffic.
• Conduct site walks of the site and complete A/B testing to improve the website performance.
• Oversee shipping systems and payment platforms linked to the website.

You:

• eCommerce native, ideally worked on Shopify+ in the hospitality sector
• Experience working with Recharge and Linworks
• Autonomous attitude
