eCommerce Manager

My client are a leading retailer who have a heavy digital presence. Due to growth within this space they are now looking to recruit a eCommerce Manager with a broad commercial experience to grow this revenue channel. This role will have full P&L responsibility and report directly into the management team so has great opportunity for career development.

Role:

• Smash business KPIs by optimizing PPC, SEO and any other avenue you can think of.
• Take ownership of annual goals including revenue, database acquisition, Lifetime Consumer Value and conversion.
• Create, develop and deliver the eCommerce strategy
• Report your successes (and areas of development) to the management team, using metrics and website performance stats in plain, un-jargonated English.
• Lead strategy and planning for email marketing (content, frequency, segmentation, and automation). Develop and execute email campaigns and content to run promos, highlight new products, and tell product stories.
• Oversee design and website developments

Responsibility:

• Minimum of 3-years in a senior E-Commerce position
• A comprehensive knowledge of key digital marketing areas including SEM, SEO, SMM and Email Marketing
• Experience working to budgets
• Ability to analyse and create reports for different stakeholders within the business including senior management
• Strong understanding of consumer online behaviour, trends and market analysis.
• Experience with creating an E-Commerce strategy
