Ecommerce Manager- EU Websites | Retail

I am working with a leading collectibles business with a strong International customer following. They are going through a period of digital transformation and are looking for top-tier talent to join the team. This role will see you manage the EU online shops and lead on CRO, Lead Generation and SEO initiatives across all regions.

The Role

You can expect to:

  • Manage and maintain the EU websites.
  • Oversee and assist with sales forecasts and budgets for the two sites, ensuring to optimise sales.
  • Manage the marketplace correspondence for the EU regions.
  • Assist the marketing team with promotional activities, newsletters and campaigns.
  • Review performance on the sites using web analytics tools and feedback on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Manage the SEO efforts, ensuring keywords opportunities are maximised.
  • Develop, publish and maintain e-commerce marketing calendar.
  • Data-driven promotional planning.
  • Manage external digital marketing agencies.

  • Ecommerce management experience.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce operations and website performance
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media and email campaigns.
  • Critical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
