This women’s fashion brand is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of full site management – they want you to be a huge part of taking them and the site to the next level. Super exciting opportunity, with loads of growth!

The Role:

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the day to day site management and building a strategy to take it from a basic site, to a world class site. Here are the main parts of the role:

• Daily site management and trading – driving sales and conversion
• Global site content – manage weekly site changes, seasonal updates, copy, editorials and seasonal site refreshes
• User experience – create the most usable and engaging experience across the site
• Insight and analytics – defining who the customer is, where they come from, what they do on site etc and then create strategies around this
• Manage an develop a team of 2
• Work closely with content, CRM, marketing etc to create the best strategies and experience for their customers

You:

This is a fast paced, dynamic and very fast-growing business, so it requires someone from a similar background who is excited to be part of their journey. Minimum expectations:

• Min 3 years ecommerce management experience from a large, fast paced fashion, accessories, footwear or beauty brand
• Proven track record in growing sales and improving conversion
• Magento experience would be ideal
• Advanced Excel and Google Analytics skills with the ability to read data and create actionable insights
• Solid grip of user experience and how to improve this
