Greater London Contract / 12 Months €200.00 - €250.00 per day

My client, a leader in the fashion and retail space, is on the hunt for an eCommerce Operations Assistant to support their Digital team take ownership of their epayments function and assist to help optimise it’s functionality.

This role will be both functional and operational by nature, you will assist the senior eCommerce team to identify opportunities, issues, and irregularities within their epayments function so that actions can be taken.

Therefore you will need excellent project management, organisational and strong interpersonal skills to be successful in this role.

You will also need to be process driven and able to juggle multiple tasks at once, as this will be a European role and you cast your eye over multiple markets.

Problem solving is something you will need to do daily, as you identify issues and troubleshoot accordingly, bringing in relevant teams be it development, digital, IT, etc. to solve and remedy.

It will also be part of your role to identify success stories so that if that can be mirrored across other regions, those wins get implemented.

The platforms they use include Tableau and Adyen but it’s not an issue if these are new to you, as you’ll be given training when you start.

This will be at least a 12-month commitment but could extend longer term if the project goes well.
