ECOMMERCE SALES EXECUTIVE (FMCG)

Location: Richmond

Salary: up to £45k P.A + benefits

I am excited to be working with one of the worlds leading and most trusted FMCG corporations, as they look to bring an eCommerce Sales Executive on board, to join their high-performing Sales team, based in Richmond.

Responsible for leading the execution of eCommerce shopper marketing plans, as well as digital content updates across PurePlay and Brick’s N Click’s websites, the eCommerce Sales Executive will work across UK and European markets. Working with an array of product from various brands, there is a focus on personal care, nutrition and homecare categories, so past experience within FMCG would be highly advantageous here. While past experience with Amazon is desired, this is not essential.

Reporting to the European eCommerce Sales Manager, the eCommerce Sales Executive will ensure the strong deployment and optimization of eCommerce market plans across Amazon, as well as other key retailers/marketplaces. This interaction will include:

• Executing marketing programs, always ensuring retail partners have the appropriate digital assets, promotional material and samples required to operative effectively
• Leverage best practices from the wider global ecommerce team
• Monitor ecommerce results and lead quarterly reviews, while proactively suggesting recommendations to improve performance
• Liaise with key account contacts, maintaining the digital shelf and ensuring brand information and content is continually updated to reflect innovation and/or changes
• Localise US-based content and localise where and if required, liaising with legal team when needed
• Provide analytical insights into performance across all accounts

To thrive in this role, candidates must possesses 2-4 years in a similar role, as well as superior communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines, strong analytical ability and passion for the customer journey.
