Absolutely love this brand and so will you! Due to rapid international growth they’re looking for an experienced Trading Manager to join their team.

Why should you join?

  • They’re absolutely smashing it! Constant double-digit growth and on track to double revenue in the next 12 months to $20m
  • Awesome Head of to work with – genuinely great guy, supportive but hands off.
  • Very passionate team and business – they have a lovely culture and keep their staff! Also give regular performance based pay rises and treats.
  • Join a growing team of 8 and have 1 direct report. Lots of scope for growth.
  • Own and drive trade and merch – literally make it your own as they’ve not had anyone focusing purely on this. Lots of projects to work on and can still take an active part in other areas of ecom/the biz.
  • Amazing product to work with.
  • Central London office with hybrid working – 1-2 days from home per week.

  • Must have solid trade and merch experience – with a proven track record in delivering growth.
  • They would like someone with experience within a smaller brand (10-50m revenue range)
  • Ideally someone with experience in womenswear.
  • Highly analytical and data driven. Expert on Excel.
  • Good visual eye for VM tactics.
  • Shopify experience would be ideal.

Some TBC, but:

  • Flexible working
  • Pension
  • Discounts
  • Regular pay reviews and promotional opportunities
  • No official bonus, but discretionary extras or treats 😊
