Global eCommerce and Trading Director – Skincare

My client are one of the leading luxury skincare brands globally who have a strong customer base. They are currently looking for a strong retail eCommerce and Trading Director to join their team to develop their digital offering to create a completely omnichannel business – this is a great opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset from a retail and commercial background.

Role:

• Lead and develop online sales across all global markets
• Full P&L responsibility with the aim to deliver double-digit revenue growth along with being a strong digital advocate within the business
• Work closely with marketing teams to create and ensure a full Omnichannel experience through customer journey and experience
• Lead own-retail and new business expansion
• Full ownership of end to end experience including marketing, analytics, operations and team leadership.

Requirements:

• 10 years in eCommerce/digital
• Strong understanding of running own business unit
• Communication – written, oral and presentation
• Strong people skills
• Knowledge of product merchandising, marketing and IT
