My client, a well-known FMCG brand is looking for a Head of Digital Activation to oversee and lead the brands transformation process. This opportunity has a strong progression plan in place, allowing for substantial career growth. You will manage the team to help drive traffic to the brands ecommerce and third party retailers site through developing a strong paid media, social media, SEO and acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and manage the Digital Acquisition strategy to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.

· Set KPIs for your section and measure yours and the teams performance against them.

· Conduct and oversee all the Digital Media planning and buying.

· Hire, manage and develop the team, ensuring to create a motivated and efficient team.

· Review performance data, identifying opportunities for development and optimisation to drive results.

· Be the subject expert, supporting teams to inject Ecommerce best practices.

· Monitor competitors’, identifying and proposing strategies to stay relevant.

· Oversee the execution of tests to identify trends and insights to achieve high ROI on search campaigns.

· Build close partnerships with relevant external stakeholders.

· Review Digital Assets through site walks (imagery, landing pages, rating and reviews) to ensure they are optimised to the best ability to assist customers when purchasing.

Requirements

· Strong eCommerce and Digital Media understanding working on Client side.

· Analytical individual with a commercial mindset.

· Knowledge of digital media (PPC, Affiliates, SEO, Social etc)

· Has worked in a fast-paced environment.

· Confident communicator.
