Head of Digital – Beauty

My client are a leading multiproduct beauty business with a global reach and with HQ based in London who are synonymous for their skincare and make up ranges. Due to growth internationally they are now looking for a strong Head of Digital to manage both their overseas trading as well as their growing key markets outside of the EU. This will be a pivotal role within the Marketing team and will need someone with experience in managing all marketing channels including Affiliates, PPC, CRM, Paid Social, Trading, 3 party key accounts.

Role:

• Manage trading of international territories
• Grow turnover in new markets with a particular focus on Asia and Russia
• Manage marketing channels including onsite and offsite channels
• Manage content in international mobile and desktop websites
• Manage marketing campaigns
• Stay up to date with international trends and events.

Requirements:

• 10 years in ecommerce/digital/marketing
• Strong understanding of running own business unit
• Communication – written, oral and presentation
• Strong people skills
• Management experience – this role will manage a team of 3
• Experience working in a fast paced environment
• International experience
