I am thrilled to be working with a truly global consumer goods organisation, as they search for an established digital marketeer with superior experience in platform strategy, development, and integration, to join their global digital team, in the role of Head of Digital Engagement Platforms.
As this household brand continues through a period of immense digital transformation, the Head of Digital Engagement Platforms will further support this process, through the seamless delivery of new technologies across various global territories, focusing on Content, UX and everything in between. This role requires someone who has a customer centric approach, as well as a clear passion and inquisitive nature regarding new digital technologies.
You will be responsible for leading a small, but growing team, that has local and international market responsibility, and you will also work in very close cohesion with senior stakeholders across the globe, so an ability to multitask, influence and project (and people) manage is of the essence in this role.
Suitable candidates will have at least 10+ years’ experience, mostly built within the B2B space, with tenures covering digital transformation and the steering of global digital strategies. A background in ecommerce is highly favoured, as are tools and systems experience covering Salesforce, SAP and the full Adobe Suite (including Adobe Experience Manager). Candidates will be able to easily demonstrate a superior ability in project management within an agile environment.
This role requires a personable and motivational leader, who can work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the local and international business, while also inspiring people across a global remit.
While being based in Germany, German language skills are not a necessity.
