One of the largest cosmetic groups in the world is looking for a Head of E-Retail to strategically grow sales across their partner sites, manage the DTC site and run digital marketing. They are present in more than 100 countries and have been seeing 20% YoY growth for the last 5 years. They have 3 brands and ecobiology is a philosophy that each share, helping them to stand out against their competitors. They’re an established business with a start-up culture, giving you the autonomy and ownership to drive your department.

The Role

The role is split between ecommerce and digital marketing and with the support of a team of 2 and external agencies, you’ll have responsibility for driving sales online. Top level info:

• Responsible for B2B sales via leading beauty e-retailers Feelunique, LookFantastic, Escentual.
• Responsible for the online D2C sales: Amazon and E-Commerce (their own site is more for branding and understanding their customer).
• Adapt and execute the Global Digital Marketing strategy for the UK market.
• Run all CRM campaigns.
• Manage the digital budget & be responsible for the P&L and sales forecast.
• Manage brand-to-third party communication from the beginning of digital projects.
• Track and report all KPIs (websites, social media, campaigns, eCommerce).

You

• B2B ecommerce sales experience is a must, DTC is a bonus.
• You must have experience in a beauty brand.
• You need to have managed more than £2m in ecommerce sales.
• Hands on experience with email/CRM is needed, ideally using Salesforce.
• Experience managing digital marketing channels – SEM, SEO, social media, affiliates etc.
