I am proud to be partnering with one of the worlds most iconic travel and leisure brands, as they search for a Head of Ecommerce to join their growing European operation.
Playing a pivotal role in the implementation of the European Ecommerce strategy, the Head of Ecommerce will look to drive growth through the optimization of local trading performance, with clear attention and focus paid on the analysis of key performance metrics and analytics.
Working in close cohesion with the European Director for Ecommerce and Digital, this role will determine what ecommerce means for every market, develop the individual strategy for each geography, and roll this out, in collaboration with local teams. With the support of an Ecommerce Manager, you will ensure that ecommerce activity, covering everything from trading through to content, remain reflective of the market conditions and key seasonal happenings, and are ever evolving, depending on key performance metrics.
This role would suit a senior ecommerce professional, with at least 7 years’ experience, majority of which will be built within the travel, hospitality, or leisure industry. Prior experience in team management, working with international stakeholders ideally within a global brand, would be highly desired.
