Head of Ecommerce – Retail

Gloucestershire – 2 days a week

£90,000-£110,000 per annum + bonus + benefits + travel remuneration

My client are one of the leading luxury partware brands, coming from humble begins in New York to being a global, well established brand today, selling in over 69 countries. They are currently looking for a strong commercially driven retail eCommerce Director to join their executive team to be instrumental in growing their DTC business.

Role:

· Lead and develop online sales for all markets across multiple channels, overseeing the full strategic e-commerce plan.

· Full P&L responsibility with the aim to grow the business according to the annual plans.

· Create quarterly and annual commercial sales plans and report against these.

· Manage a team of 5, ensuring to manage their progression and development to achieve successful execution of business strategies.

· Suggest innovative and inspiring online campaigns to maximise website conversion.

· Work closely with marketing teams to create and ensure a full Omnichannel experience through customer journey and experience.

· Full ownership of end to end experience including marketing, analytics, operations and team leadership.

Requirements:

· 10 years in ecommerce/digital for a global brand.

· Strong understanding of running own business unit.

· Communication – written, oral and presentation

· Strong people skills, ability to develop future team leaders.

· Strategic mindset, able to drive change.

· Analytical skills, using data to drive insights and ultimately make suitable recommendations.
