I’m working exclusively on this VERY exciting role. Due to the confidential nature, I can’t reveal a lot about the brand, but they are globally recognised and a big player in their category.

You

This is a role for someone who has a hands-on background and is keen to step into a strategic role. You’ll need:

• It’s imperative that you have in depth and hands on knowledge with Amazon.
• You must have come from a hands on, operational ecommerce background – you need to know how to do it!
• Commercial experience – you need a proven track record in delivering substantial online growth.
• Strong leadership – you won’t have any direct reports, but you will need to impact and influence 20+ people in country teams (they want someone who is going to push back and make things happen)
• Experience in owning and developing country growth – UK is a must and any other EU territories a big advantage (not just overall global growth, but really understanding these markets, customer habits etc)
• Must come from a product background – ideally beauty or fashion but FMCG or similar could be considered.
