Head of eCommerce – Luxury

Our client are a leading luxury retailer with a long British heritage with offices both here in the UK and the USA. Due to the growth in revenue, they are now looking for a Head of Online and eCommerce to work directly with the MD to drive sales. This role will have full ownership of the online shops across multiple languages and regions and will define brand’s strategy and vision across the online experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all range planning and online scheduling
• Seasonal web buys, Inventory forecasting and planning
• Use data analysis to identify and prioritise major sales drivers and highlight deficiencies
• Ensure product is on the site, in the right place and in timely manner
• Manage trading calendar in line with company business plan BAU’s and projects
• SEO and Online marketing strategy
• Continuous review and development of all online channels to maximise sales and customer experience
• Co-ordinating online merchandising and campaign strategies
• Asset creation including; product photography, copy, product descriptions etc
• Overseeing Customer relations, Warehousing and Logistics Management
• Managing 3rd party technology and service providers

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a luxury commercial environment
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Google Analytics
• Digital marketing experience including email marketing
