Head of Franchise – Premium Retailer

My client are one of the leading premium retailers globally with a British heritage built up through stores and their online offering. They have seen phenomenal growth in international territories and due to this they are now looking to secure a Head of Franchise to help grow these markets with a particular focus on Scandinavia, Latin America and South Africa.

This role is a mix between developing new franchise partners as well as maintaining and growing their current partners.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and host franchise quarterly assortment reviews
• Orchestrate product knowledge seminars for stores in order to train in-store selling staff of merchandise features, quality, fashion trends, and company direction
• Advise accounts of merchandise ready and any production issues
• Forecast annual and monthly sales plan by store/country for the entire franchise portfolio.
• Project and plan business by partner to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Review profitability reports to make decisions on how to grow a business

Requirements:

• Understanding of international markets – Latin America/Scandinavia a bonus
• Leadership skills
• Retail/Premium background
