Head of Online

Our client are a leading FMCG brand who are currently looking for a Head of Online in a newly created role to develop their online strategy for a brand new product stream. This role will be a contract position lasting 3/4 months. Currently, a team of four but with a business led backing in the digital space to develop this team they will be responsible for nurturing their key accounts, pure-plays, and multi-channel retailers to strengthen their online proposition.

Role:

• Own all online channels
• Act as partner to all commercial, marketing and brand teams within the business
• Use data to deliver media excellence
• Full profit & loss responsibility
• Use data and insight to develop new sales
• Ensure alignment with brand, marketing and digital teams – be a key advocate for eCommerce
• Integrate eCommerce into brands business plans
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts.

The client is looking for someone with:

• Experience in a FMCG or retailer
• Good data experience
• Strong commercial focus
• Experience in building and managing a team
• Experience influencing at board level – stakeholder management
• Strong eCommerce background
