This is a newly formed role working across all of the categories in .com and will be a strategic stakeholder facing position aimed at improved on-site conversion and optimisation.

What will I be doing?

• Sitting in a team of 4 you will be working with trading, marketing & development providing best practice and championing the use of conversions tools
• Own the customer review program feeding back your findings into the business as actionable insights
• Own the road-map for optimisation and maintenance of Adobe target
• Work with Category teams and trading managers to optimise the site

Key skills

• Adobe Target
• Omniture
• Able to analyse and report information
• Understanding of on-site behaviour
