Lead Trading Manager – FMCG

I am working with one of the leading UK FMCG business with a huge high street presence along with an eCommerce site and wholesale division. They are renowned for a large product portfolio and following on from their recent digital transformation their revenue has increased significantly. Due to growth within the team they are now looking for a strong Online Trader with strong commercial skills to expand product areas and personalisation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day trade – category turnovers are substantial
• Responsible for the online strategy understanding customer experience and conversion
• Short term forecasting – setting the strategic direction
• Build and manage a best in class team
• Manage relationships with trade, customer, online marketing, merchandising and communication to create a group wide strategy to deliver business targets

Requirements:

• Over 8 years experience in an Online trading role
• Strong commercial skills with stakeholder management experience
• Team management experience
• Come from a FMCG or retail high street background
